Bridging the revenue cycle gap for private practices
With more than 35 years of experience, SilverCreek RCM helps physicians and clinics in the Midwest improve cash flow and build stronger patient relationships with complete, consistent, compliant medical billing services.
Our mission began when we recognized a real gap in the billing and revenue cycle management service industry for healthcare. The often overwhelming complexity of medical billing processes weighs heavy on healthcare staff who must balance the daily challenge of improving cash flow with ensuring they’ve checked all the compliance boxes.
SilverCreek RCM has grown, expanded our services and enhanced our technology, but our mission has remained the same. In 2018 we joined forces with Physicians Business Network (PBN) to build upon their foundation and continue to move toward operational efficiency and increased focus on technology. As a Midwest-based services provider, we share your commitment to friendly, responsive customer service, flexibility and delivering the highest quality experience for every provider and patient.
Experts from the front lines and the back office
Our team includes registered nurses, certified coders, credentialing experts and other healthcare professionals with firsthand experience supporting essential back-end, administrative processes and the outward-facing patient experience. This combination of expertise gives you a reliable partner and an end-to-end solution for accurately billing and managing even your most complex patient claims.
