SilverCreek RCM announced on October 17, 2018, their acquisition of Physicians Business Network (PBN), a complementary billing services company located near the offices of SilverCreek RCM in Overland Park, Kansas. Both companies will operate in conjunction with one another under the SilverCreek Medical Reimbursement Solutions family of companies.
During this transaction, SilverCreek utilized the acumen services of Terry Towner, Jaguar Investments, Inc., in providing both guidance and arrangement of capital.
SilverCreek RCM is committed to helping private practices and clinics improve cash flow and build stronger patient relationships, by providing complete and consistent billing services and revenue cycle management.
With over 45 years of combined experience, SilverCreek RCM has a vision for a bright future with an eye toward operational efficiency and increased focus on technology.
The ever-evolving medical billing industry requires companies to maximize resources that stay on the cutting-edge of both operational efficiencies and technology. “We are focused on accelerating growth in the Kansas City market, and leveraging a larger team to bring broad expertise and growth in our service line,” says Jonas Heinrich, Executive Director of SilverCreek RCM.
“The economic advantages of a larger company will enable us to adopt more technology and invest in things like robotics and AI to increase cash flow and shorten the collection cycle for our clients,” says Rebecca Light, CEO, of SilverCreek Medical Reimbursement Solutions.
By taking this step forward, SilverCreek RCM is building upon the PBN foundation along with their key differentiators of technology, operational efficiencies, and an exceptional customer service record.
“Highly aligned with our RCM services, bringing PBN to our team enables us to adopt more technology and resources to serve our clients,” says Jonas Heinrich, Executive Director, SilverCreek RCM.
SilverCreek and PBN share the same Midwest values of a strong work ethic and penchant for high-touch, relationship-based customer service.
“Physicians Business Network has worked hard to deliver exceptional service and claim a respected stake in the industry,” says PBN’s, Heather Butterfield, who will join the SilverCreek team at the time of the merger.
This merger marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the valued clients and team members of SilverCreek and PBN. With an increased footprint, the company looks forward to serving the region through exceptional revenue cycle management services.
